Template Manager 3.0**
This powerful software program makes life easier in the office by providing ready-made templates for many kinds of stationery and promotional materials such as labels, business cards, banners and CD/DVD labelling. The unique editing suite allows the freedom to create new templates for specific media or vertical industry specific documents and to make it even easier the software automatically matches the document with the correct media. Ask OKI
Ask OKI is a product specific web support section accessible via OKI Printing Solutions Printer Drivers. The support section ensures help is close at hand delivering advice, hints and tips on how users can optimise the use of their printer in easy to understand step-by-step articles.
WebPrint**
This software solves common problems of internet printing, namely the frustration of web pages being cut-off when they are printed. Special features include automatic scaling, select area printing, automatic page set-up and print preview ensuring users save time, money and paper. Storage Device Manager**
Storage Device Manager can be used to manage files on the hard drive or flash memory of PCL or PostScript printers. It is particularly useful for managing printer fonts and macros and can be used to store print jobs and demo files directly on the printer. Eg, brochures, forms or templates.
PDF Print Direct
PDF Print Direct allows PDF files to be sent directly to the printer without having to open them, saving the user time. To use PDF Print Direct, users will need to ensure that the printer driver of their OKI Printing Solutions product is installed and that the product has a Hard Disk Drive or Compact Flash for optimum performance.
Secure Print
Using Secure Print, a Personal Identification Number can be assigned to each print job sent to the printer and would need to be entered into the printer before that document prints. Accessible via the Printer Driver, Secure Print is a useful feature when confidential documents are printed, particularly where a printer is networked. (Please note, the printer will need a Hard Disk Drive installed in order for this feature to work)
Photo Enhance***
Photo Enhance adjusts the tonal quality of images, making them appear brighter and more vibrant. Users can therefore achieve clear, sharp, photo-like quality pictures, even on ordinary office paper. Accessible via the Printer Driver of your OKI Printing Solutions product, businesses can enjoy truly professional in-house printing.
Nuance PaperPort®
Nuance PaperPort® software assists in the storing and organising of exact copies of scanned documents and photos on the computer. Scan, annotate and e-mail documents and photos in a format that everyone can view and print.
Nuance OmniPage®
Nuance OmniPage® software allows hard copy documents to be scanned and turned into editable text documents, quickly, easily and accurately. The documents can be edited used Microsoft Word®.
Hot Key
As well as being easy to use and configure, OKI Printing Solutions Hot Key utility brings scanning applications direct to your PC. Users can control their MFP product scanner via their PC with fully customisable single-touch icons which open scans from the ADF or flatbed in any chose format and application. Other features of Hot Key, include users being able to print to another printer, scan to a PC or e-mail applications from the PC.
