Making Copies

With your OKIFAX you can quickly and easily make copies in secends. Just follow these simple steps.
1. Insert the documents face down into the document feed slot (Fig 1). The lower most document will be copied first.
2. Push the document guide inwards (Fig 2), so that it lies level on the documents.
Note: Press STOP to eject the documents without copying them.
3. To commence copying straight away, press the copy button twice.
To make additional adjustments to your copies prior to print, follow these additional steps:
4. Press the COPY key once
5. Enter the number of copies you would like to make of the document. You can make up to 99 copies of a document. Confirm with OK.
6. Select the resolution. You have a higher resolution available to you for copying than you have for fax transmissions. Use the arrow keys to select the desired resolution from the display.
RESOL.: FAST - For documents without drawings
or fine details
RESOL.: QUALITY - For documents with small print
or drawings
RESOL.: PHOTO - For the highest resolution
Confirm with OK.
7. You can make copies of the document that are enlarged or that are compressed in size. Size compression is possible down to 25 percent of the size of the original, and enlargements of up to 400 percent can be made. Enter the desired value using the number pad and confirm your entry by pressing OK.
8. Using the arrow keys select the desired
contrast. Confirm with OK. The copying process
will now begin.
